Examining and explaining the components and obstacles to increasing public participation in government from the perspective of religious texts

The current research was conducted with the aim of explaining the components and obstacles of increasing participation in government from the perspective of religious texts. The approach of the current research is qualitative, and the qualitative content analysis method of the analogical category system has been used to examine and extract the foundations of participation and government from the perspective of religious texts. The field of research is all narrative texts, conducted researches and documents, which were selected as examples from among the available sources, Quran, Nahj al-Balagha and Gharral al-Hakm. Two methods of word mining and meaning mining were used to search for data, and also data collection in this research was done using electronic sources and the documentary and fiche method. The data analysis in this research is based on the descriptive-interpretive approach, which has been done using coding and categorization, and finally, based on this approach, the codes identified in 4 main categories include: the ratio of participation in government, the role of participation in government, the basics Increasing participation in government, the factors of reducing participation in government were classified based on the two bases of participation and governance, which confirms the ratio between participation in government.
