Investigating The Role Of Servant Leadership On Organizational Trust And Human Resource Development Meditated By Creativity(Case Study: Staff Of Imam Khomeini Seaport)
The characteristic of today's organizations is to have creative, capable and reliable employees whose service leadership style can lead to the promotion of creativity, trust and development of human resources in organizations. Servant leadership has a high ability to involve followers in presenting innovative ideas and developing relationships. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of servant leadership on organizational trust and human resource development through creativity mediation among employees of Imam Khomeini Port.
the statistical population in this study is 300 official and contract employees of Imam Khomeini Seaport and the statistical sampel included 169 staff on simple random sampling method and Morgan table .Data collection tool is a questionnaire whose reliability was measured through cronbachs alpha greater than 0.70. In the descriptive part of the research results, Spss software was used and to test the hypotheses, structural equation modeling was used by Amos software. Finfing: The results of hypotheses testing show that the significance level of all research variables is more than 0.05 and all hypotheses have been confirmed. Based on the analysis performed using software, the amount of factor loads for all items is more than 0.4 and a significant number is more than +1.96,which shows that items can be well research variables to measure.
By confirming all research hypotheses, it can be concluded that service leaders in Imam Khomeini Seaport should seek to develop their talents and creativity and their develop trust in law by creating a calm and trusting environment for employees.
