Identifying, leveling and prioritizing factors related to the diversity management model in Iran's public organizations

Abstract:
ThThe purpose of the current research is to identify, stratify and prioritize the factors related to the diversity management model in Iran's government organizations. This research has a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) which is developmental-applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of nature and method. The means of collecting information were referring to documents, interviewing experts and questionnaires, and the validity and reliability of interviews and questionnaires were confirmed with a high percentage. The statistical population of this research includes 22 university professors and senior managers of government organizations who were selected by purposeful sampling; In this research, in the qualitative part, in order to extract and analyze the codes related to interviews with experts from the NVIVO software version 11, and in order to stratify and examine the relationship between the themes of the Interpretive Structural Equations (ISM) technique, Micmac and Dimtel analysis were used, and EXCEL software was used. 2019 and SPSS version 23 was used. The results of the open coding of the collected qualitative data lead to 101 primary codes, 26 basic themes and 10 organizing themes. Also, the results show that the diversity management model in government organizations includes four levels. The most influential themes were, in order of practical management policies, attention to social judgment and organization quality management, and strategic targeting was the most influential theme.
