Provide a framework for deploying ISO 45001 quality systems using theme analysis and fuzzy BWM
The purpose of this study was to provide a framework for the establishment of ISO 45001 quality systems. This is an applied research that is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population of the research is steel industry experts of Chahar mahal and Bakhtiari province and the sampling method is purposeful and the sample size of 10 experts was determined. In this regard, The aim of the research was to provide a framework for establishing ISO 45001 quality systems. This is an applied research that is mixed (qualitative and quantitative). In the qualitative section, theme analysis was used to code and identify factors. In order to code the interviews, the researchers first converted the audio files to text, then using the theme analysis method to identify the codes in an open and unrestricted way, the fuzzy BWM technique was used to prioritize the factors in the quantitative part.using field and library studies and content analysis method, the factors affecting the establishment of ISO 45001 were identified and ranked using fuzzy BWM technique. The results showed that the leadership criterion is the first rank and the other criteria are support and support, goals and planning, human resources, organizational context and field of activity, development and performance evaluation, operations, respectively.
