Satisfaction Assessment of Clients Referred to Urban Health Centers of Anar City During the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2021: A Short Report
Satisfaction with the services provided in health centers is one of the tools to improve the quality of services. The present study was carried out with the aim of determining the level of satisfaction among the clients of Anar urban comprehensive health service centers during the covid-19 epidemic.
This descriptive study was conducted among 322 clients of comprehensive health service centers. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, and one-way analysis of variance.
In the present study, the lowest level of satisfaction was reported from the waiting time to receive services and the unit providing mental health services. Regarding the level of satisfaction with educational skills, communication skills, and care skills of the personnel respectively 72.66%, 71.11%, and 72.97% of the clients chose the options high and very high.
Clients' satisfaction with health services during the Covid-19 epidemic was relatively favorable. It is recommended to reduce dissatisfaction factors and improve satisfaction with the services provided, especially mental health and dental services.
