Identifying the components of entrepreneurial management schools with a qualitative approach

This research has done with the aim of identifying the effective components entrepreneurial management of schools. The current research is qualitative and practical in terms of purpose. By collecting and analyzing the content of qualitative data, organizing themes and basic themes have been identified. in this research, a total of 18 interviews were conducted with theoretical and experimental experts, including professors of entrepreneurship and educational management, as well as principals of entrepreneurial schools. These people were selected as a snowball and the interview continued until the theoretical saturation stage was reached. Data analysis was based on thematic analysis and the coding method between two tests was used to validate the data. Based on the results of this research, the effective components in the entrepreneurial management of schools have been classified into 6 organizational themes, including entrepreneurial planning, entrepreneurial resource provision, entrepreneurial organization, entrepreneurial motivation system, entrepreneurial leadership, and entrepreneurial evaluation system.
