Investigating the Consequences of Implementing the Security Zone Plan in North Khorasan from the Perspective of Commanders and Officials in the Border Area

Usually, the importance of the border and its determining role in ensuring national security in all political systems and governments has caused it to be seen as a national issue, and each country in order to control its borders and border areas to enact laws and regulations. Special or implement plans for this purpose. The purpose of this study is to investigate the consequences of the implementation of the border security plan from the perspective of commanders and officials in the border area. The present qualitative research is a development-applied research that was done by the content analysis method. The participating population consisted of 45 experts and experts in the border areas related to the subject who were purposefully selected and the information was obtained from them using semi-structured individual interview tools and using soft software. SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and Maxqda software were categorized and coded. The results show 50 focus topics from the interviews, which in the Security Opportunities section represent 15 topics, the topics from the interviews in the Legal Opportunities section, represent 5 focus topics, interviews in the Legal Threats section, due to implementation. North Khorasan border security zone plan represents 5 themes, themes from interviews in the dimension of economic opportunities resulting from the implementation of the North Khorasan border security plan represents 6 themes and themes obtained from interviews in the section of political threats resulting from the implementation of the plan The security boundaries of the North Khorasan border represent two central themes.
