The Studying the Level of Male Tendency to Violence in Shirvan City and Its Influencing Factors
The stability of each society is based on the dominant relationship. The creation of damage and anomie in society, threatening the prevailing relations in communities, and in the wake of this threatening, the physical, economic, economic and social irrecoverable destructions will create. The family is the first social institution, the first social base for the community and its interaction with society. Relations between the families continue through the habit of life. So, the family, friendship groups, clans, neighbors and religious sects within society can be described as social society. In this study the survey method is used and the type of study is cross sectional and applied research. The proportional probability sampling method is used to select the samples. The statistical population of the study which is consisting of all men in Shirvan city in 2016 is 73658 people and out of that 382 people are selected as participants. The findings of the study reveal that there is a significant relationship between tendency to violence and men’s socio-economic status. Additionally, there is a significant relationship between tendency to violence and institutions, media and ethnicity. But there is no significant relationship between age and tendency to violence.
