Risks Economical Analysis HSE Based on Fine Kinney and Nokia Siemens Network Techniques in One of Electronic Kits Assembly and Production Company
Occupational accidents and illnesses usually contain direct and indirect costs for each organization which maybe get irrecoverable. So, it is significant to prevent casualties and financial and environmental impacts by making preventive decisions and approaches. Hazards and risk assessment are one of the most important tools for prevention.
This research is sort of analytical- descriptive and sectional in which it tries to analyze economic health, safety, and environmental risks for an electronic kits production unit. JHA sheets for job hazards identification and Fine Kinney and Nokia Siemens Network risk assessment techniques for risk assessment have been used. Also, Chi-square and Pearson tests have been used to analyze the relationship between results of risk levels and approximate financial impacts using SPSS Ver. 25 software respectively.
The results have shown that the electronic kits assembly operator and storekeeper have the most job hazards with 25 and 20 respectively. The highest and lowest risk levels are objects falling from shelves and sharp edges and job stress respectively. The chi-square test result has shown that there is a positive relation between risk levels from Fine Kinney and Nokia Siemens Network techniques (p < 0.05). Also, the Pearson test has indicated no relation between these two mentioned techniques from a risk financial analysis point of view (Sig. = 0).
In conclusion, the Nokia Siemens Network risk assessment technique is not able to estimate job hazards' financial impacts and can be applied only for projects.
