Investigating labor actions in the political profession of the Islamic Republic of Iran (dimensions and approaches)

In recent years, the working class community has been in a special and complex situation. On the one hand, there is no job security (temporary contract), mismanagement, low income and wages, the phenomenon of unconventional privatization, and finally the economic downturn due to Quidditch disease and on the other hand the lack of independent trade unions. Semi-governments that do not have bargaining power have met. Every day, these factors have significantly increased the class gap between wage workers and other societies. And every day, we are witnessing labor tensions in parts of Iran. The present study seeks to answer these questions in a descriptive-interpretive manner. What happened to the workers? Why did the workers, despite having the largest share of labor organizations than before the Islamic Revolution, have the largest share in protesting in recent years? After the end of the imposed war, the phenomenon of privatization was one of the main causes of economic unrest. It was left to those who did not have the necessary managerial ability, and very soon these enterprises went bankrupt and lost. The workers of factories and industries had the largest share in holding Coherent and incoherent gatherings and gatherings have taken place in recent years, so that they have tried to pursue their union and livelihood goals and objectives by influencing the decisions of decision-making authorities through the manifestation of their collective action. It was their living conditions, not their share of political power!
