Investigating the impact of the global registration of Tabriz Bazar on the tourism development of Tabriz city

The purpose of this study is to answer the question whether global registration of Tabriz Bazar has an impact on tourism development and economic development of this market. On this basis, some hypotheses were developed and a conceptual model was designed for research. The research method used in this study is descriptive-analytical and the method of data gathering is documentary and field. According to Cochran sample size formula, 384 questionnaires were randomly distributed among tourists visiting the Tabriz market and 330 questionnaires were analyzed with 86% return rate. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS software. The results of the direct path analysis for the main hypothesis with the path coefficient of 0.723 confirm the relationship between the Tabriz Bazar registration and the number of tourists and the results of indirect path analysis indicate tourism development and its impact on economic development with path coefficient of 0.383. The results of data analysis showed that the global registration of Tabriz Bazar has a direct and indirect impact on tourism development and economic development of Tabriz Bazar.
