The rule of Iqdam (Assumption of Risk, to Take on the Risk of Damage.) As a Sours of Civil Responsibility

Iqdam is one of the Islamic Jurisprudence rule (Fiqh rule). It is known as an excemption of civil responsibility (and dissmisses liability, as defense) in Fiqh and Iranian Law. They reffer to this rule in responce to action of restitution of damage(ompensation), but refering to this rule as one of the cause and sourse of civil responsibility, is a p.ew subject which has p.ot been taken into account in Fiqh, even it can be claimed that it has been ignored in legal system.In this article effort has been made to study this aspect of Iqdam. At the end a comparative study of it's similar rule in foreign law will be done.
