Relationship between Parental Stress and Children's Affective and Behavioral Disorders

research purpose is to investigate the relationship between parental stress and mothers’ affective and behavioral disorders; thus, our sample comprised 100 individuals from Torbat-e-Jam who had been selected through cluster sampling and the tools employed were “parenting stress index and children disorder index”. Results revealed that there is a significant relationship between parent’s stress and children’s affective-behavioral disorders; moreover, analyzing the multiple regressions demonstrated that the principal effect of parental stress upon children’s affective and behavioral disorders is also marked and significant
