انتشار کووید-19 به دلیل سرعت انتقال آن که از ویژگی های این ویروس است باعث ایجاد یک وضیعت اورژانس در بهداشت جهانی در سراسر جهان شده است. این بیماری واگیردار نه تنها سبب نگرانی هایی در ارتباط با سلامت جسمی همگانی شده بلکه سبب بروز تعدادی از بیماری های روان شناختی نیز می شود. با توجه به اینکه پرستاران در خط مقدم مقابله با این بیماری قرار دارند؛ پژوهش حاضر باهدف کشف تجارب زیسته پرستاران شاغل در بخش کووید-19 انجام گرفت.
روش بررسیروش پژوهش، کیفی و بر اساس راهبرد پدیدارشناسی توصیفی بود. نمونه پژوهش از بین پرستاران شاغل در بخش کووید-19 بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد انتخاب شد. بر اساس نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی هدفمند، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بر روی مشارکت کنندگان اجرا گردید و تا رسیدن به اشباع، تعداد 20 نفر انتخاب شدند. مصاحبه ها ضبط و کلمه به کلمه نوشته شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش هفت مرحله ای کلایزی و نرم افزار مکس کیودا استفاده گردید.
نتایجپس از استخراج مفاهیم، و تحلیل آن ها، 35 مقوله فرعی و درنهایت 9 مقوله اصلی شامل راهبرد مقابله و مدارای شناختی، خدمت تحت فشار، بار روانی و اختلال جسمی، کیفیت ارتباطی، چالش های دوگانه و نشانگان تضعیف و فشار، سبک قضاوتی و برداشتی، گران مایگی لذت بخش، حفاظت تطابقی و تقویتی، هویت مشروح و نشان مثبت استخراج شد.
نتیجه گیریپرستاران بخش های کووید-19 شرایط روحی، عاطفی و شغلی نامناسبی را تجربه می کنند. در زمینه مراقبت از خود و بیماران به پشتیبانی و تجهیزات بیشتری نیاز دارند. از نتایج این پژوهش می توان برای تدوین راهبردهای حمایتی و خدمات رسانی برای یک اپیدمی نوظهور بهره برد.

روشنایی یک محرک بیرونی است که بر ریتم های سیرکادینی بدن و ترشح هورمون ها اثر می گذارد. بدین منظور این مطالعه به منظور بررسی اثر شدت های مختلف روشنایی بر سطح هورمون های کورتیزول و ملاتونین انجام شد.
روش کاراین مطالعه تجربی با 32 موش صحرایی نر انجام شد. گروه 1 به عنوان گروه کنترل شدت روشنایی 150 لوکس ، گروه 2، 3 و4 به عنوان گروه های مواجهه به ترتیب شدت های روشنایی 300 ، 5000 و 8000 لوکس را به مدت 14 روزدریافت کردند. نمونه خون از موش های هر گروه در روز اول و روز 7 و 14 گرفته شد و سطوح هورمون ها با استفاده از دستگاه الایزا تعیین و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 22 آنالیز گردید.
نتایجنتایج نشان داد که سطح کورتیزول پس از 7 روز مواجهه در گروه های مواجهه یافته با شدت های مختلف روشنایی و پس از گذشت 14 روز نیز در گروه های مواجهه یافته با 5000 و 8000 لوکس نسبت به کنترل افزایش و سطح ملاتونین در گروه مواجهه یافته با شدت روشنایی 5000 و 8000 لوکس پس از 7 و 14 روز مواجهه نسبت به گروه کنترل به طور قابل توجهی کاهش یافت
نتیجه گیریافزایش شدت روشنایی با افزایش سرکوب شدن ملاتونین و افزایش سطح کورتیزول همراه است. پیشنهاد می شود که جهت اثبات هر چه بیشتر اثر شدت های مختلف روشنایی بر تغییرات سطح این هومون ها در ساعات مختلف شبانه روز مطالعات بیشتری انجام شود.

اختلالات اسکلتی - عضلانی ناشی از کار جزء شایع ترین بیماری هایی هستند که باعث غیبت از کار و ازکارافتادگی می شوند. مواجهه با ریسک فاکتورهای ارگونومیکی در کارگران ساختمان سازی خطر ابتلا به ناراحتی اسکلتی-عضلانی را در این گروه افزایش می دهد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی فاکتورهای شغلی و فردی پیش بینی کننده ناراحتی اسکلتی-عضلانی و ناتوانی های ناشی از درد در کارگران ساختمان سازی می باشد.
روش بررسیمطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی حاضر در بین 346 کارگر یک پروژه ساخت وساز در تهران انجام شد. جهت مطالعه شیوع ناراحتی اسکلتی - عضلانی، استرس شغلی و ناتوانی های ناشی از درد از پرسشنامه های کرنل، محتوی شغلی و ناتوانی ناشی از درد استفاده شد.
نتایجنتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که بیشترین ناراحتی اسکلتی - عضلانی به ترتیب در گردن (%68)، زانوی چپ (%64)، زانوی راست (%86) و کمر (%61) بود. میانگین امتیاز ناتوانی ناشی از درد 18/20 ±43/35 بود و 16% از افراد در سطح ناتوانی شدید بودند. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش سابقه کار، ساعات کار در روز و شاخص توده بدنی ناتوانی ناشی از درد افزایش می یابد و سن، سابقه کاری و شاخص توده بدنی و مولفه نیازهای فیزیکی شغل فاکتورهای پیش بینی کننده ناراحتی اسکلتی - عضلانی می باشند.
نتیجه گیریبر اساس نتایج، سن، سابقه کار، شاخص توده بدنی و استرس شغلی به عنوان عوامل موثر در ایجاد ناراحتی اسکلتی - عضلانی و ناتوانی های ناشی از درد تعیین شدند. لذا نتایج این مطالعه می تواند به درک بهتر ریسک فاکتورهای موثر در ایجاد ناراحتی اسکلتی - عضلانی و ناتوانی های ناشی از درد در کارگران ساختمان سازی کمک کند.

بخش اعظم حوادث مهم در صنایع مختلف نه تنها قابل پیشگیری می باشند، بلکه شدت آن ها نیز قابل پیش بینی است؛ مشروط بر آنکه آنالیز حوادث با رویکرد پیشگیرانه و بر مبنای یافته های درست، به صورت اصولی ریشه یابی و تدابیر ایمنی در خصوص حوادث انجام گیرد.
روش بررسیاین پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و با استفاده از روش Tripod-Beta حوادث شغلی منجر به فوت ثبت شده در یک دوره 10 ساله در بخش خشکی یکی از پالایشگاه های طرح توسعه پارس جنوبی، مورد آنالیز قرار گرفتند و عوامل ریسک اصلی، علل سطحی، پیش شرط ها و علت های پنهان و همچنین موانع حفاظتی موجود شناسایی و درختواره هر حادثه ترسیم گردید.
یافته هانتایج حاصل از آنالیز حوادث شغلی منجر به فوت نشان داد که 26 علت سطحی، 39 پیش شرایط و 50 علل پنهان در بروز آن حوادث دخیل بوده است. 6 عامل ریسک اساسی شامل نقص در مسیولیت پذیری (با 8/57 درصد)، آموزش (با 2/22 درصد)، تجهیزات، ابزارآلات و سخت افزار (7/6 درصد)، مدیریت نگهداری (7/6 درصد)، روش های اجرایی (4/4 درصد) و نقض در شرایط تقویت کننده خطا (2/2 درصد) بیشترین سهم را در وقوع حوادث داشتند.
نتیجه گیریبا اصلاح دو عامل اصلی مسیولیت پذیری و آموزش می توان بیش از 80% از حوادث شغلی منجر به فوت را کنترل نمود. بنابراین، پیاده سازی سیستم نظارت موثر بر کار کارکنان، بکارگیری کارکنان دارای دانش و مهارت کافی و ارتقاء شاخص های آموزش باعث بالا رفتن درک و شناخت منابع خطر، بهبود ایمنی و کاهش بروز حوادث می گردد

امروزه در بسیاری از محیط های شغلی با وجود فن آور ی های حساس و پیچیده، خطاهای انسانی به دلیل منتهی شدن به حوادث ناگوار از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. به همین دلیل جهت محدود ساختن پیامدهای ناشی از خطاهای انسانی، شناسایی و علت یابی آن ها لازم است.
روش بررسیمطالعه حاضر از نوع مطالعات توصیفی- تحلیلی در سال 1400 می باشد که پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات با استفاده از روش مشاهده وظایف و مصاحبه با مسوولین ایمنی و اپراتورها 16 وظیفه بحرانی تعیین شد، سپس تجزیه و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(HTA) وظایف بحرانی صورت گرفت. سپس خطاهای انسانی هریک از وظایف بحرانی با روش SHERPA شناسایی شد.
نتایجبا تجزیه و تحلیل برگه های کاری SHERPA، 181 خطای انسانی شناسایی گردید. از این تعداد 154خطا (85%) از نوع عملکردی، 24خطا (13%) چک کردنی، 2خطا (1%) ارتباطی و 1خطا (1%) انتخابی طبقه بندی شد.و همچنین بر اساس سطح ریسک تعداد 45 خطا (25 %) با سطح ریسک غیر قابل قبول، 20 خطا (11 %) با سطح ریسک نامطلوب، 81 خطا (45 %) با سطح ریسک قابل قبول ولی نیاز به تجدید نظر و 35 خطا (19 %)، با سطح ریسک قابل قبول بدون نیاز به تجدید نظر می باشند.
نتیجه گیریمشهودترین خطاهایی که در این واحد مشاهده گردید، خطاهای عملکردی بودند. برای کاهش وقوع خطای شناسایی شده راهکارهای کنترلی از جمله نصب سیستم پایش آنلاین و آلارم روی فرآیند فیلتریت، خروجی پمپهای حلال wet، dry ارایه گردید.

امروزه توجه به فرصت ها و تهدیدهای موجود در عرصه خدمات بهداشت و درمان به خصوص در بیمارستان ها شناسایی و ارزیابی ریسک های موجود، بسیار حایز اهمیت می باشد. مدیریت ریسک در بیمارستان برنامه ای برای کاهش وقوع و شیوع حوادث قابل پیشگیری است و در محیط بیمارستان به لحاظ اقتصادی، انسانی و اخلاقی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. این پژوهش باهدف ارزیابی و اولویت بندی ریسک های ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه ای پرسنل بیمارستان شهید صدوقی یزد در سال 1398 انجام شد.
روش بررسیپژوهش حاضر توصیفی- مقطعی می باشد. در این تحقیق در قدم اول ریسک های اصلی در بخش های بالینی، آزمایشگاه، تاسیسات، رادیولوژی و اداری شناسایی شده و بر اساس منطقFMEA برای هر ریسک سه شاخص شدت، احتمال، آسیب پذیری مشخص گردید.سپس معیارهای اولویت بندی تعیین گردیده و با استفاده از ANP نسبت به اولویت بندی ریسک ها اقدام گردید.
یافته هابا توجه به نظر خبرگان بیماری عفونی با ریسک 86/0 در بخش بالینی، استنشاق بخار مواد شیمیایی با ریسک 17/1 در آزمایشگاه، اشعه دستگاه با ریسک 64/0 در تصویربرداری، بیماری عفونی با ریسک 33/0 و 3/1 به ترتبت اولویت اول در بخش اداری و تاسیسات بودند.
نتیجه گیرینتایج نشان داد که مدیریت بیمارستان باید در خصوص کنترل بیماری های عفونی برنامه های مدیریتی خاص را با رویکرد سلامت پرسنل پیش بگیرد و اقدامات کنترلی در رابطه با ریسک های در اولویت تنظیم شود. تفاوت اعداد ریسک به دست آمده بیانگر اولویت های مختلف اجرای برنامه های مدیریت ریسک در هر یک از بخش های بیمارستان شهید صدوقی بود.

از نتایج ثانویه به فرسودگی شغلی کاهش قابل توجه عملکردهای شناختی است که از بارزترین و مهم ترین آن ها عملکرد شناختی توجه و کنترل آن است .از سویی بررسی عصب شناختی موردنیاز است تا که بتواند درک بهتری از ارتباط فرسودگی شغلی و اختلال افسردگی ناشی از آن در عملکرد شناختی شبکه توجه این افراد فراهم کند.ازاین رو پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی عملکرد شناختی کنترل اجرایی افراد مراقبین بهداشتی دارای مشاغل شیفتی در شرف فرسودگی شغلی با کمک آزمون شبکه توجه و امواج مغزی وابسته به رخداد (ERP) ناشی از آن به پرداخته شده است.
مواد و روش هانمونه پژوهش حاضر شامل 26 آزمودنی از مراقبین بهداشتی در بیمارستان رسول اکرم(ص) در شهر تهران دارای مرز فرسودگی شغلی (15 نفر سالم و 11 نفر با افسردگی خفیف) بود. به منظور بررسی میزان فرسودگی شغلی از مقیاس های ماسلاچ (1981) ، برای ارزیابی افسردگی از مقیاس (DASS-21) ، جهت بررسی توجه از آزمون توجه شبکه ای)(ANT که به طور هم زمان با دستگاه ثبت امواج مغزی 32 کاناله هماهنگ و نشانه گذاری شده بود تا امواج مغزی وابسته به رخداد (ERP)این آزمون نیز ثبت شود.جهت تجزیه وتحلیل داده از آزمونهای آماری T مستقل و T همبسته استفاده شد.
یافته هانتایج پژوهش حاضر در عملکرد رفتاری تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه در سه شبکه توجه نشان نداد. اما بااین حال که در امواج مغزی ERP مرتبط با عملکرد اجرایی توجه به خصوص مولفه موج SP و N2 افراد با علایم افسردگی خفیف در مقایسه با افراد نرمال بدون افسرده تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیرینتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان دادکه در امواج مغزی ERP مرتبط با عملکرد اجرایی توجه به خصوص مولفه موج SP و موج N2 افراد با علایم افسردگی خفیف در مقایسه با افراد نرمال بدون افسرده تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد.با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می توان اظهار کرد که جهت ارتقا عملکرد شناختی در محیط های کاری افراد تدابیری اتخاذ شود که فرسودگی شغلی و افسردگی کاهش یافته و کارکنان با عملکرد بهتری فعالیت خود را انجام دهند و به رشد کیفی محیط کار کمک کنند.

سرب فلزی سمی است که در پوسته زمین یافت میشود و به علت چگالی، شکل پذیری، مقاومت بالا و نقطه ذوب پایین، از 7000 سال پیش مورداستفاده بشر بوده است. استفاده وسیع از این فلز در صنعت، علاوه بر مواجهه شاغلین، منجر به آلودگی گسترده محیطزیست و بروز مشکلات سلامت عمومی در بسیاری از نقاط جهان شده است. با توجه به گستردگی استفاده از سرب در مشاغل مختلف و اهمیت عوارض ناشی از آن، پایش بیولوژیک شاغلین دارای مواجهه با این ماده اهمیت خاصی در طب کار و سلامت شغلی کشورها داشته است، لذا در این مقاله، به مروری بر آخرین تغییرات دستورالعملهای پایش بیولوژیک شاغلین دارای مواجهه با سرب در بررسی های بدو استخدام، دوره ای و پایان کار می پردازیم.
روش بررسیدر این مطالعه باهدف بررسی مشاغل در معرض خطر و پیشگیری و کنترل عوارض ناشی از مواجهه با سرب در محیط های کاری، بانک های اطلاعاتی GoogleScholar, PubMed, Scopus از سال 1980 تا 2021 و همچنین دستورالعمل های CDC, ACOEM, OSHA, WHO و ATSDR با روش جستجوی موضوعی بررسی شد.تعداد 4 مقاله و 11 دستورالعمل انتخاب و در نگارش این مقاله مورداستفاده قرار گرفت.
یافته هابررسی ها نشان داد که بسیاری از مشاغل ازجمله تولیدکننده های باتری های سربی اسیدی،مهمات،رنگ،لعاب سرامیکی و... در معرض مواجهه با سرب و عوارض سلامتی ناشی از آن هستند.
نتیجه گیریبرای کنترل و پیشگیری از عوارض ناشی از مواجهه با سرب می بایست معاینات بدو استخدام و دوره ای طبق فواصل مشخص در تمامی کارگرانی که مواجهه شغلی با سرب دارند انجام گردد.

The outbreak of COVID-19 has created a global health emergency worldwide due to its rapid transmission, which is a notable feature of the virus. This contagious disease leads to physical health problems and several psychological disorders. Nurses are at the forefront of fighting against this disease, so this study was attempted to discover the lived experiences of nurses working in the COVID-19 wards.
Mateials andMethodsThis qualitative research was performed using descriptive phenomenological approach. The participants were selected among nurses working in the COVID-19 ward of Shahid Sadoughi Hospital, Yazd, Iran. For data collection, semi-structured interviews were conducted. After conducting 20 interviews, data saturation was achieved. Then,the interviews were transcribed verbatim. For data analysis, Colaizii's seven-step method and MaxiCuda software were used.
ResultsAfter extracting the concepts and analyzing them, 35 categories and nine main categories were extracted.The Main categories were coping strategy and cognitive tolerance, service under pressure, psychological burden and Physical disorder, communication quality, dual challenges and symptoms of weakening and pressure, judgmental and perceptual style, enjoyable expensiveness, adaptive and reinforcing protection, detailed identity and positive sign.
ConclusionNurses working in COVID-19 ward experienced unfavorable mental, emotional, and occupational conditions. They need more support and equipment to care for themselves and COVID-19 patients. This research can be used to develop supportive strategies and services for an emerging epidemic.

light intensity and duration are physical factors that affect hormone secretion and circadian rhythms. This study aimed to determine the effects of various light intensities on serum melatonin and cortisol levels.
Materials and methodsThis experimental study was carried out on 32 male rats: Group 1 as the control group, received a brightness of 150 lux, and groups 2, 3, and 4 as the exposure groups received light intensities of 300, 5000, and 8000 lux for 14 days, respectively. To evaluate hormone levels, blood samples were taken on before and after 7 and 14 days of exposure. Then cortisol and melatonin levels were determined by ELISA. Data were analyzed using SPSS.
ResultsThe results showed that cortisol levels after seven days of exposure in the groups exposed to the light intensity of 300, 5000, and 8000 lux increased significantly compared to the control group, and after 14 days, the level of cortisol in the groups. Exposure to a light intensity of 5000 and 8000 lux increased significantly compared to the control. Also, melatonin levels in the group of rats exposed to the light intensity of 5000 lux and 8000 lux after 7 and 14 days of exposure compared to the control significantly decreased.
ConclusionIncreased light intensity is associated with increased melatonin suppression and cortisol levels. It is suggested that more studies be done to prove the effect of different light intensities on changes in the levels of these hormones at varying hours of the day.

Work-related musculoskeletal disorders are among the most common diseases that cause absenteeism and disability. Exposure to ergonomic risk factors in construction workers increases the risk of discomfort and musculoskeletal disorders in this group. The present study investigates occupational and individual factors predicting musculoskeletal disorders and pain disabilities in construction workers.
Material and MethodsThe present cross-sectional study was conducted on 346 construction project workers in Tehran. To study the prevalence of musculoskeletal discomfort, job stress, and pain disabilities, Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaire, Job Content, and Pain Disability questionnaires were used.
ResultsThe results of the present study showed that the highest rates of musculoskeletal discomfort were in the neck (68%), left knee (64%), right knee (86%), and back (61%), respectively. The mean score of pain disability was 35.43 ± 20.18, and 16% of people were in severe disability. The results showed that with increasing work experience, working hours per day and body mass index of pain disability increases, and age, work experience, body mass index, and the component of physical needs of the job are the contributing factors of the musculoskeletal discomforts.
ConclusionMusculoskeletal disorders and pain disability were high in the studied construction workers. Based on the results, age, work experience, body mass index, and job stress contributed to musculoskeletal disorders and pain disabilities. Therefore, this study's results can help to understand better the risk factors affecting musculoskeletal disorders and pain disabilities in construction workers.

Most critical accidents in different industries are observable, but their severity is also predictable and can be controlled. Provided that accident analysis is properly managed with a preventive approach and based on correct findings, in a principled and realistic manner, root causes, corrective actions, and safety measures regarding accidents are performed.
Material and MethodsThe present research was a descriptive-analytic study, and the reported and recorded fatal occupational accidents were analyzed in the onshore section of one of the construction refinery projects in the South Pars Gas Refinery over a decade using the Tripod Beta method and then main risk factors, pre-conditions, and underlying causes, as well as the existing protective barriers, were identified, and an accidents tree was drawn.
ResultsThe analysis of fatal occupational accidents showed that 26 immediate causes, 39 preconditions, and 50 underlying causes were involved in those accidents. Six key risk factors include lack of responsibility/organizational impact (57.8%), training (22.2%), hardware or tools and equipment (6.7%), maintenance management (6.7%), work procedures (4.4%), and Error Enforcing conditions (2.2%) had the largest share of the occurrence of accidents.
ConclusionMore than 80% of fatal occupational accidents can be controlled by modifying the two main factors, responsibility and organization and training. Therefore, implementing the total productive maintenance method, effective monitoring of staff work, hiring staff with sufficient knowledge and skills, and improving training indicators will increase understanding of hazard sources, improve safety and reduce accidents.

Nowadays, despite sensitive and complex technologies, Human Error is of great importance in many work environments due to its unfortunate consequences. For this reason, to limit the impacts of human error, it is necessary to identify and find the causes.
MethodThe present research was a descriptive-analytic study performed in 2021. After collecting information using the task observation method and interviewing safety officials, unit supervisors, and operators, 16 critical tasks were determined. Then, hierarchical task analysis (HTA) was performed, and human errors in each critical task were identified by the SHERPA method.
ResultsBy analyzing SHERPA worksheets, 181 human errors were identified. Of these, 154 errors (85%) were of performance type, 24 errors (13%) were visited errors, two errors (1%) were related to communication, and 1 error (1%) was selected. Also, according to the results of the risk assessment, 45 errors (25 %) were unacceptable, 20 errors (11 %) were at an adverse risk level, 81 errors (45 %) were acceptable but needed to reconsider, and 35 errors (19 %) were acceptable without needing to review.
ConclusionThe most obvious errors that occur in the filtration unit of this refinery were related to functional errors. Today, it is essential to pay attention to the opportunities and threats in health services, especially in hospitals, to identify and evaluate the existing risks and manage them in these centers. Hospital risk management is a program to reduce the occurrence and prevalence of preventable accidents and is of great economic, human and moral importance in the hospital environment. This study aimed to evaluate and prioritize the occupational safety and health risks of the staff of Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in Yazd in 2019
Methods and materialThe present study is descriptive-cross-sectional. In the first step, the main risks in clinical, laboratory, facilities, radiology, and administrative departments were identified. Based on FMEA logic, three severity, probability, and vulnerability indicators were identified for each risk. Then, prioritization criteria were determined, and ANP prioritized the risks.
ResultsAccording to infectious disease experts with a risk of 0.86 in the clinical ward, inhalation of Barisek chemical vapor 1.17 in the laboratory, radiation of the device with a risk of 0.64 in imaging, infectious disease with a risk of 0.33 and 1.3 in order of priority The first were in the administrative and facilities department.
ConclusionThe results showed that the hospital management should adopt special management programs to control infectious diseases with a staff health approach. Control measures should be set with priority risks. The difference in the obtained risk numbers indicated the different priorities of implementing risk management programs in each ward of Shahid Sadoughi Hospital.

One of the secondary consequences of burnout is a significant reduction in cognitive functions, the most obvious and important of which is the cognitive function of attention and control, which can play a vital role in efficiency and prevention of errors at work in many occupations. On the other hand, a neurological examination is needed to understand better the relationship between burnout and its consequent depressive disorder regarding the cognitive function of the attention network of these individuals. Depressed people usually have neuropsychological disorders. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the cognitive performance of executive control of health care workers with shift jobs on the verge of burnout using the Attention Network Test (ANT) Event-Related Potential (ERP).
Materials and MethodsThe sample included 26 health care providers on the verge of burnout in Rasoul Akram Hospital in Tehran (15 without depression and 11 with mild to moderate depression) selected by purposive sampling. The rate of burnout was assessed by the Maslach Scales (1981); depression was evaluated by the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21); attention was assessed by the Network Attention Test (ANT) and simultaneously with the behavioral test. We investigated the event-related potential (ERP) indicators of attention processing. Independent t-test and paired t-test were used for data analysis.
ResultsThe results of behavioral performance revealed no significant difference between the two groups in the three attention networks; however, Significant differences can be seen in ERP brain waves related to the executive function of attention, especially by increasing the SP wave and N2 wave component compared to normal individuals without depression
Conclusion: Significant differences can be seen in ERP brain waves related to the executive function of attention, especially by increasing the SP wave and N2 wave component compared to normal individuals without depression. According to the study results, it can be stated that to improve cognitive performance in people's work environments, measures should be taken to reduce burnout and depression, and employees should perform their activities with better performance and help the quality growth of the work environment.

Due to the widespread use of lead in various occupations and also the importance of complications caused by exposure to it, biological monitoring of employees exposed to this substance has always been of particular importance in occupational medicine and occupational health, so in this article, a review of the latest Changes to the Biological Monitoring Guidelines for Lead Exposed Employees We review recruitment, periodic, and termination surveys.
MethodThis study aimed to investigate high-risk occupations and prevent and control lead exposure complications prevent and control lead exposure complications in work environments. GoogleScholar, PubMed, and Scopus databases from 1980 to 2021, and CDC, ACOEM, OSHA, WHO, and ATSDR guidelines were examined by thematic search method. 4 articles and 11 guidelines were selected and used in writing this article.
ResultsStudies have shown that many businesses, including manufacturers of lead-acid batteries, ammunition, paints, ceramic glazes, etc., are exposed to lead and its health effects.
ConclusionTo control and prevent the complications caused by exposure to lead, all workers who have occupational exposure to lead should be examined at the beginning of employment and periodically at regular intervals.
