Globalization, Training and Development of Human Resources (Adaptive Comparison of 62 countries of world

Developing human resources is among significant issues of today’s circles of management and economic scholars.
At present article¡ first the human development and its indices under 3 elements of training¡ life expectancy and gross domestic product are discussed¡ then given the data concerning ranking of countries in terms of globalization and human development indices released from international institute of A.T.Kearney and U.N.as well as by using statistical software of STATGRAF¡ Spearman correlation has been calculated¡ then the rate of cohesion between two said variables has been calculated (R=/76) which shows close relation and human resources development indices.
It means the more moving of countries towards globalization¡ the more successful they are.
