Meta-analysis of Creativity Fostering Techniques

Creativity has an important role in everybody’s life. Progress and change has no meaning without creativity. Creative skills in today’s rapid changing world are not retractable.
Many of researchers tried to foster creativity and gained different results. The total effect size of these findings and subcategories of creativity, and other variables are examined in this paper. In another way, this article is going to meta-analyze creativity promoting techniques.
To achieve these purposes, the researchers searched informational banks on the net, magazines, and theses, based on special criterion. A total number of 28 articles had been analyzed with CMV.2 software.
The total effect size of 0.789 based on random model, according to Cohn’s scale, shows a large effect size. The statistic of Q (df=,27) = 221.481, (p Based on these results, we can confide the effectiveness of these techniques, but there was no significant effect of moderator variables.
