The Relationship between Workplace Stress and Organizational Agility on Organizational Effectiveness

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between workplace stress and organizational agility on organizational effectiveness. The statistical population of the study consisted of 600 managers and staff of Aban Air Conditioner Company. Available non-random sampling method and the sample size was used and based on Morgan table, 234 people were selected. A standard questionnaire was used to collect the data. Content validity and reliability of the questionnaires were confirmed through Cronbach's alpha. The related questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive and inferential statistics and with regard to beta coefficients obtained to find the relationship between workplace stress and organizational agility and organizational effectiveness. The dependent variable of organizational effectiveness is predicted by the effect of independent variables of workplace stress and organizational agility by multiple regression method. In multivariate analysis, the impact factor of the variables of workplace stress and organizational agility on organizational effectiveness was 69%. The results showed that there is a strong and positive relationship between the components of workplace stress and organizational agility with organizational effectiveness.
