The Effect of Eight Weeks of Suspended Exercise (TRX) on Lipid Profile in Middle-aged Women
The first consequence of living with low physical activity is overweight, which over time is associated with the onset and spread of cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of eight weeks of TRX on lipid profile in middle-aged women. Methodology Out of 85 women admitted to one of two sports clubs, purposefully 30 persons with BMI above 25 / K2 and KG and mean age (40-35) years were selected and then randomly divided into two groups, control. (N = 10) TREX exercise (n = 10) was divided.Data analysis was performed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (K-S) to ensure normality of data interpretation and one-way analysis of variance and post hoc test. There was no difference between LDL levels of subjects (P = 0.0001) and suspended TRX training had a significant effect on LDL levels in middle-aged women.There was a significant difference between HDL levels of subjects (P = 0.0001) but no difference between the two methods and also between cholesterol levels in middle-aged women P <0.0001 and suspended TRX had a significant effect on cholesterol levels in middle-aged women.
