The Impact of Green Intellectual Capital on Organizational Reputation
Corporate value today is largely influenced by intangible assets or intellectual capital. These factors are of particular importance due to their significant role in achieving competitive advantage and reputation of the organization. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of green intellectual capital on the reputation of the organization. The statistical population of this study consisted of 100 employees of Kowsar Credit Institution in Shiraz. Sampling was done randomly. Data were collected through standard questionnaires. To assess the validity, Cronbach's alpha was used as the content and reliability of the questionnaire. Linear regression test was used to test the hypotheses using SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of green intellectual capital and the reputation of the organization. The findings show that green relationship capital has the most impact on the reputation of the organization
