The role of verbal and non-verbal communication in increasing the communication performance of Payame Noor University administratorsExecutor of plan

The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between verbal and non-verbal communication of managers and their communication performance in Payame Noor University. The purpose of this study was to answer the question whether verbal and non-verbal communication have an effect on managers' communication performance? The present study is a descriptive-survey study of correlation type. The statistical population of 120 people was regular random sampling method. The results show that there is a relationship between verbal and nonverbal communication and the communication process of managers. That is, with the increase of verbal and non-verbal communication, the communication performance of managers also increases and the desired communication process takes place.
