pattern of conditional factors learning organization Iran s Higher education system
This paper from the perspective of higher education actors is paid to recognized of conditional factors .criteria and indicators (causal.contextual and intermediary). the data of this study obtained from three sources.which include semi-structured .interviews.observation and notes public and private documents were converted in to text data after that .in order to categorize the great mass of the collected data paid to categorization of data. first .open coding .then axial and selective coding .on this basis in 550indicator .54criteria and 9 factors were determined in accordance features of Iran s higher education system. findings showed ,casual condition include :university boss,faculty,students.contextual condition: university context, goal and space and intermediary condition :budget ,learning resources and information technology
