Social prevention of women victims in the workplace
Due to special characteristics, working women are at risk of victimization; Therefore, taking preventive measures in its various dimensions is considered important and necessary. Despite the fact that in the jurisprudence and rulings of criminal courts, the interpretation of criminal titles and the concept of "rape and illegitimate relationship" has changed; However, other forms of violence against women do not appear to be criminalized in criminal law. Therefore, in this research, which is a descriptive-analytical method using library resources and texts and with the aim of "explaining the mechanisms of social prevention of women victimization in the workplace", in addition to reviewing the laws in current jurisprudence, Other emerging social contexts and factors that have created new criminal capacities against women will be explored. Examples of sexual harassment of women and methods of protecting working women victims will also be explored, including key mechanisms for prevention. Socialization of women's victimization in work environments includes: "Cultural measures to empower", "Strengthening self-confidence", "Attention to behavior", "Strengthening women's solidarity in the workplace", "Increasing skills", "Creating "Women's organizations", "Training program for working women", "Familiarity with labor laws", "Familiarity with civil rights", "The impact of the media in reducing sexual harassment" and "Reporting crimes", which, of course, can be considered in parallel with situational prevention. Be effective in reducing the incidence of crimes against women working in the workplace.
