One of the most important rights in human society is the right of the subjects over the governor and the right of the governor over the subjects, the fulfillment of which will have positive effects and, on the contrary, the non-fulfillment of it will have negative effects. The basis of divine commands has been considered Among these rights, the welfare and comfort of the people and the security of society have also been given special attention.
