Abstract:
Constitutional Literature and Cooperation Crisis in Qajar EraAbstractIran faced major changes, both politically and socially, during the reign of Qajar Dynasty, and the society had to deal with grave political crisis. With serious expansion of relationship between Iran and The Western countries during this period, the role of literature became more significant in informing people. While Persian Literature has always been present within the context of society, not being reluctant to political, social and cultural issues, entering the new era, its role became more prominent. Using analytic- descriptive method with library data, the present study has investigated the confrontation of Constitutional Literature with Cooperation Crisis. It has concluded that the poets and writers had tried to enlighten people regarding their rights in governing the country and participating in the determination of their fate, avoiding disagreements to establish law supremacy.Key Words: Cooperation Crisis, Constitutional literature, Political Crisis, Law Supremacy
