Abstract:
The aim of this study was to design and explain the pattern of human resource development in the National Iranian Oil Company. The research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms (qualitative and quantitative), And the statistical population of research in the qualitative sector, including specialists And in a quantitative part it includes employees, For qualitative sampling, purposive sampling method was used and in quantitative part, stratified sampling method was used. The data collection tool in the qualitative part is interview and in the quantitative part is a researcher-made questionnaire. Its face and content validity has been confirmed by professors and CVR test. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient, all of which were above 0.7 and desirable. Using thematic analysis method in qualitative category and Structural equation modeling technique and SMART PLS test in a quantitative category, HRD model was presented.
