COVID-19; From the First to the unknown End, A Review Study

COVID-19 is caused by a virus known as SARS-COV-2 virus in the worldwide. The initial symptoms are similar to the common cold, but whatever has been going on since the first occurrence of the disease, the symptoms are different. The purpose of this paper is to familiarize yourself with this virus from the beginning to its uncertain end.

The present study is a narrative review based on the information collected in valid databases with keywords such as Corona, COVID-19, Pandemic, Diagnosis, Prevention, Treatment and Their English Equivalents. The timeframe for selecting articles was from 2019 to 2021.

COVID-19 is an emerging acute respiratory syndrome that is transmitted through the respiratory tract by droplets, respiratory secretions. Covid-19 latency is 1-14 days (often 3-7 days) and is contagious during the commune. At the time of relapse, different degrees of symptoms occur in patients according to the physiological conditions of the affected person and environmental conditions. Over time, the virus has suffered mutations and various strains such as delta and omicron have appeared. The use of masks, hand washing and social distancing are the most important preventive methods and so far no definitive treatment has been found for this disease, but fortunately, vaccines have been made for prevention.
