Determining the Degree of Multiple Intelligence in Iranian Higher Education Administrators in Region 8, Islamic Azad University (IAU)

Changes has occurred in all university levels in terms of criteria to appoint managers. One major criterion is multiple intelligence of managers. This applied survey study is to find out the degree of multiple intelligence among the university administrators. Statistical population for the study consisted of the I. A. U managersin Region 8. A sample population of 10 universities were selected by clustering and randomize methods، and 166 managers were chosen based on Cochran model. The instrument to collect data was a questionnaire with 90 items with reliability of 0. 996 by use of Cronbach Alpha. Results of the study showed that such manager's multiple intelligence as mathematical intelligence، bodily kinesthetic، intrapersonal، spatial، naturalistic and holistic intelligence were in desirable situation، but their musical، interpersonal and linguistics intelligence were not desirable.
