صفحات 1-8مقدمهآدیپونکتین و رزیستین؛ آدیپوسایتوکاین مرتبط با مقاومت به انسولین هستند. هدف از مطالعه ی حاضر بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید و مصرف رزوراترول بر مقادیرآدیپونکتین و رزیستین در موش های دیابتی نوع دو بود.روش هادر این مطالعه ی تجربی، 32 سر موش صحرایی دیابتی شده ی نژاد اسپراگ داولی (میانگین وزن 10±225 گرم و سن 10 هفته ای) با رژیم غذایی پرکالری دیابتی به طور تصادفی به چهار گروه (کنترل، مکمل، تمرین، تمرین + مکمل) تقسیم شدند. گروه های تمرین به مدت 8 هفته، هر هفته 5 جلسه، هر جلسه 18 دقیقه تحت تاثیر تمرین تناوبی شدید با شدت 90 تا 100 درصد حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی قرار گرفتند. گروه های دریافت کننده ی مکمل روزانه 10 میلی گرم به ازای هرکیلوگرم وزن بدن به مدت هشت هفته و سه بار در هفته به صورت گاواژ دریافت کردند. داده ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس یک راهه و سطح معناداری (05/0≥P) ارزیابی شد.یافته هانتایج نشان داد هشت هفته تمرین و مصرف رزوراترول بر آدیپونکتین سرم افزایش ولی از لحاظ آماری تاثیر معناداری نداشت (652/0=P). با این حال بر رزیستین سرم در گروه تمرین ومکمل کاهش و تاثیر معناداری داشت (001/0=P) ، همچنین میانگین مقادیر گلوکز ناشتا، انسولین و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین در گروه های تجربی کاهش معناداری پیدا کرد (001/0=P).نتیجه گیریبه نظر می رسد اجرای تمرین تناوبی شدید همراه با مصرف رزوراترول می تواند با تغییر در عوامل مرتبط مقاومت به انسولین باعث کنترل گلوکز دردیابت نوع دو شود.کلیدواژگان: رزوراترول، آدیپونکتین، رزیستین، مقاومت به انسولین

صفحات 9-18با توجه به پیشرفت روزافزون دیابت و استفاده از داروهای جایگزین و کم خطر گیاهی، در این مطالعه اثر موسیلاژ استخراج شده از غلاف میوه بامیه بر میزان گلوکز و چربی های سرم و بازسازی سلول های بتای پانکراس در موش های صحرایی دیابتی شده با استرپتوزتوسین بررسی شد.روش هادر این مطالعه تجربی 24 سر موش صحرایی ماده نژاد ویستار استفاده شد. رت ها به طور تصادفی در 4 گروه 6 تایی شامل: شاهد نرمال، شاهد دیابتی و دو گروه دیابتی تیمار شده (خوراکی) با دوزهای 300 و 500 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم وزن بدن از موسیلاژ گیاه بامیه قرار گرفتند. پس از تهیه و تایید گونه گیاه بامیه، استخراج موسیلاژ از غلاف سبز رنگ میوه توسط دستگاه تبخیر در خلاء انجام شد. سه گروه شاهد دیابتی و گروه های دیابتی تحت تیمار در آغاز دوره با تزریق درون صفاقی mg/kg 60 استرپتوزوتوسین دیابتی شدند. پس از طی دوره ی تیمار (4 هفته) ، با استفاده از خونگیری از قلب، سطوح سرمی گلوکز، LDL، HDL، کلسترول تام و تری گلیسرید در گروه های مود مطالعه اندازه گیری شد. همچنین، هیستوپاتولوژی جزایر لانگرهانس در چهار گروه با استفاده از روش رنگ آمیزی H&E مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمون های آماری ANOVA و Tukey تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته هانتایج حاکی از افزایش معنی دار (05/0P<) میزان گلوکز،کلسترول، تری گلیسرید، LDL و کاهش معنی دار HDL در موش های دیابتی نسبت به گروه شاهد نرمال بود. مصرف موسیلاژ میوه ی بامیه سبب کاهش معنی دار گلوکز، تری گلیسرید، کلسترول، LDL و افزایش معنی دار (05/0P<) HDL در موش های دیابتی به صورت وابسته به دوز شد.نتیجه گیریبراساس نتایج این مطالعه به نظر می رسد موسیلاژ گیاه بامیه می تواند در پیشگیری از عوارض هیپرلیپیدمیک و هیپرگلایسمیک ناشی از دیابت شیرین موثر باشد.کلیدواژگان: دیابت، استرپتوزوتوسین، موسیلاژ گیاه بامیه، گلوکز، پروفایل لیپیدی

صفحات 19-28مقدمهمهارکننده های α-گلوکوزیداز با مداخله در هضم کربوهیدرات ها در کنترل بیماری دیابت نقش دارند. Thymus vulgaris یا آویشن باغی گیاهی از خانواده ی نعناعیان می باشد. اسانس این گیاه دارای فنل هایی مثل تیمول، کارواکرول، سیمن، لینا لول، پینن می باشد. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر مهار کنندگی مشتقات موجود در عصاره ی آویشن باغی بر فعالیت آنزیم α-گلوکوزیداز به روش داکینگ مولکولی می باشد.روش هادر این مطالعه، برای بررسی نحوه ی اتصال ترکیبات به جایگاه فعال آنزیم، ترسیم ساختار شیمیایی ترکیبات، بهینه سازی انرژی، مطالعات داکینگ و تجزیه و تحلیل های نهایی به ترتیب از نرم افزارهایChemDraw ، Hyperchem، AutoDockTools، DS Visualizer و Lig plot استفاده شد.یافته هاتمامی ترکیبات مورد مطالعه قادر به اشغال جایگاه فعال آنزیم بودند که در میان تمام آنها، بهترین نتایج داکینگ مربوط به ترکیب Caryophlla-4- (12), 8 (13) -dien-5-β-ol است. در حقیقت این ترکیب دارای منفی ترین سطح انرژی اتصال، بالاترین تمایل برای اتصال به آمینواسیدهای کلیدی جایگاه فعال آنزیم و محل برهمکنش مشابه با مولکول کوکریستال است.نتیجه گیریبا توجه به اثر بخشی نسبتا بالای ترکیبات عصاره ی گیاه در مطالعه ی بیوانفورماتیکی، برای بررسی های تکمیلی می توان اثر این ترکیبات گیاهی را در شرایط in vitro و in vivo مورد آنالیز قرار داد.کلیدواژگان: دیابت، آلفا-گلوکوزیداز، مولکولار داکینگ، مهارکننده، آویشن باغی

صفحات 29-40مقدمهبا توجه با اثر بخشی تمرین ورزشی در درمان دیابت نوع دو، و همچنین اثر بخشی تمرینات تناوبی در بهبود اختلال متابولیسم لیپیدها و کربوهیدرات در بدن انسان، هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر 12 هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا برIL-6 ، GLP-1 و پروفایل لیپیدی در بیماران دیابتی نوع دو بود.روش ها80 شرکت کننده ی مرد این پژوهش (میانگین سنی 50-40 سال، میانگین قد، 175 سانتیمتر، و نمایه ی توده ی بدنی برای افراد چاق بالای 30 و برای افراد لاغر پایین از 22 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) به طور داوطلبانه در تحقیق حضور یافتند و به هشت گروه (4 گروه تمرین تناوبی شدید و 4 گروه کنترل بدون تمرین) تقسیم شدند. نمونه گیری های خونی جهت اندازه گیری شاخص هایIL-6 ، GLP-1، نیمرخ لیپیدی و گلایسیمیک قبل و در هفته های 4، 8 و پس از برنامه ی تمرینی تناوبی با شدت بالا (شامل 60 ثانیه دویدن در شدت بالا (85-95% ضربان قلب ذخیره) بود که با دویدن به مدت 60 ثانیه در شدت پایین (55-60 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره) در دوره ی ریکاوری جمع آوری و آنالیز شد. از آزمون های تحلیل کواریانس و t همبسته و همچنین ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای تعیین ارتباط متغیرها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و در سطح معنی داری P<0. 05 استفاده شد.یافته هاپس از 12 هفته تمرین اثر زمان و تعامل بین زمان× گروه بر متغیرهای GLP-1 و IL-6 از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بوده است (05/0˂P). همچنین تفاوت معنی داری میان گروه ها بر اثر 12 هفته تمرین در این شاخص ها مشاهده شد. نیمرخ لیپیدی در گروه چاق دیابتی نوع دو و کنترل گلایسمیک در گروه های چاق با و بدون دیابتی که 12 هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا را اجرا کرده بودند بهبود معنی داری را نشان دادند.نتیجه گیریدر مجموع تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا از طریق تغییر در سازوکارهای مختلف سبب بهبود در اختلال لیپیدیمی؛گلایسمی، التهابی و اشتهایی در افراد چاق مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو می شود. از این رو محققان براساس یافته های این پژوهش پیشنهاد می کنند جهت بهبود سریع تر اختلالات متابولیکی در بیماران دیابتی نوع دو چاق می توان از روش تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا استفاده نمود.کلیدواژگان: تمرین تناوبی شدید، عوامل التهابی، چاقی، دیابت نوع دو

صفحات 41-48مقدمهفاکتور رشد فیبروبلاستی21 (FGF21) نقش مهمی در تنظیم متابولیسم انرژی و مقاومت به انسولین ایفا می کند؛ با این حال آثار تمرین تناوبی شدید (HIIT) بر FGF21 و مقاومت انسولینی به خوبی درک نشده است.روش هاپژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه ی تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. در این مطالعه 24 مرد چاق به دو گروه تمرین تناوبی شدید (HIIT) (12 نفر، سن: 63/5±83/39 سال، وزن: 81/5±83/100 کیلوگرم و نمایه ی توده ی بدنی: 8/2±73/32 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) و کنترل (12 نفر، سن: 23/5±41/39 سال، وزن: 71/4±08/100 کیلوگرم و نمایه ی توده ی بدنی: 43/1±34/32 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) تقسیم شدند. گروه HIIT چهار وهله فعالیت شدید چهار دقیقه ای با شدت 85-90 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه و دوره های استراحت فعال سه دقیقه ای با شدت 50-60 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه را به مدت هشت هفته و سه جلسه در هفته اجرا کردند. در حالت پایه و 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه ی تمرینی نمونه های خون جمع آوری شدند. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تی همبسته و مستقل مقایسه شدند.یافته هاHIIT به طور هم زمان منجر به کاهش گلوکز پلاسما و انسولین و FGF21 سرم و همچنین بهبود مقاومت انسولینی شد (05/0P<).نتیجه گیریتمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا نقش موثری در بهبود مقاومت به انسولین و کاهش هم زمان FGF21 سرمی در افراد چاق دارد که ممکن است به واسطه بهبود مقاومت به FGF21 باشد.کلیدواژگان: تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا، مقاومت به انسولین، FGF21، چاقی

صفحات 49-54مقدمهویتامین D در سلامت، بقاء و باروری انسان ها نقش مهمی دارد، این ویتامین برای جذب کلسیم، رشد استخوان و تنظیم سیستم ایمنی بدن ضروری است، در سال های اخیر به نقش ویتامین D در بیماری های مختلف توجه بسیاری شده است. با توجه به مطالعات انجام شده میزان کمبود این ویتامین در کشور ما بسیار شایع است، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی میزان شیوع و وضعیت ویتامین D در ساکنین شهر همدان است.روش هادر یک مطالعه ی مقطعی از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی در بازه ی زمانی یک ساله، سطح ویتامین D تعداد 7816 نفر از مراجعین به آزمایشگاه های بیمارستان های شهیدبهشتی و فرشچیان سینای همدان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار R نسخه ی 3. 2. 3 و در سطح معنی داری 05/0 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل و اثر تعدیل شده عوامل سن و جنس بر روی سطح ویتامین D با برازش مدل رگرسیون لجستیک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته هاشیوع کمبود ویتامین D در استان همدان 69% برآورد شد. به طوریکه 2/20 درصد دارای کمبود شدید ویتامین D (کمتر از10 نانوگرم بر میلی لیتر) ، 5/20 درصد کمبود متوسط (10 تا 20 نانوگرم بر میلی لیتر) و 6/28 درصد کمبود خفیف (20 تا 30 نانوگرم بر میلی لیتر) داشتند. شیوع این کمبود در مردان 7/46 درصد و در زنان 7/38 درصد تعیین شد. باتوجه به نتایج ارتباط معنی داری بین جنس و سن با سطوح ویتامین D وجود داشت (001/0P-value<).نتیجه گیریبا توجه به این مطالعه، کمبود ویتامین D در همدان شایع و بررسی بیشتر در جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی و جلوگیری از عوارض کمبود این ویتامین ضروری است.کلیدواژگان: شیوع، ویتامین D، کمبود، کلسیم

Pages 1-8BackgroundAdiponectin and resin; Adipocytokine relateted with insulin resistance. The purpose of this study was to the Effect of eight-week high intensity interval training and resveratrol intake on Serum Adiponectin and resistin in type 2 diabetic rats.MethodsDuring this experiment 32 diabetic rats with High-Dieting Diet Sprague Dowley race with an average weight of 250 ±10 grams and an average age of 10 weeks, were randomly divided into four groups, including the “control group”, the “supplement group”, the “training group” and the “training and supplement group”. For up to 8 weeks, the “practice” groups participated in 5 training sessions weekly; session was 18 minutes under the influence of High-Intensity Interval training with an intensity of 90 to %100 VO2max. moreover, the supplement groups were given 10 milligram daily doses of resveratrol intake solution per kilogram of body weight Gavage was given for 8 weeks and three times a week. The outcome data was analyzed using one-way analysis of variance and significance level of (P≤0.05).ResultsThe results showed that eight weeks of exercise and resveratrol consumption increased on serum adiponectin, but did not have a statistically significant effect (P = 0.62). However, serum resistin decreased and significantly affected the training group (P = 0.001). Also, the mean values of fasting glucose, insulin and insulin resistance index decreased significantly in experimental groups (P = 0.001).ConclusionIt seems high intensity interval training with resveratrol intake can lead to glucose control in type II diabetes by changing its insulin resistance factors.Keywords: Resveratrol, Adiponectin, Resistin, Insulin resistance

Pages 9-18BackgroundDue to the progress of diabetes and the use of alternative herbal medicines, In this study, the effects of oral administration of the mucilage extracted from pods of Abelmoschus esculentus (Ae) fruits on serum levels of glucose, lipids and morphology of Langerhans islets in diabetic rats was investigated.MethodsIn this experimental study, 24 female wistar rats were randomly allocated into four groups (n=6): normal control (NC), diabetic control (DC) and 2 diabetic groups that received (oral) 300 and 500 mg/kg/body weight of Abelmoschus esculentus. After preparing and confirming the type of, mucilage extraction from the fruit’s green okra was done by evaporation device in vacuum. Diabetes mellitus was induced by single dose intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin 60mg/kg/body weight in diabetic groups. After 4 weeks, the serum levels of glucose and lipid profile of all groups were analyzed. Also morphology of Langerhans islets in the 4 groups was evaluated using H&E staining method. The data analyzed by SPSS software using ANOVA and Tukey tests.ResultsThe results indicate a significant increase (P<0/05) in glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL and significant decrease (P<0.05) in HDL in diabetic rats compared to normal control. The use of the mucilage extracted from A. esculentus caused a significant decrease in serum levels of glucose, cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL and significant increase in serum level of HDL comparison with diabetic group.Conclusionaccording to the results of this study, the mucilage extracted from A. esculentus could be effective on control hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia caused by diabetes mellitus.Keywords: Diabetes, Streptozotocin, Glucose, Lipid profile, Okra mucilage

Pages 19-28BackgroundInhibitors of α-glucosidase by interfering with digestion of carbohydrates play a role in controlling diabetes. Thymus vulgaris is an herb belonging to the mint family (lamiaceae). The essence of this plant contain the phenols such as thymol and carvacrol, cymene, linalool, pinene. The aim of this study was to investigate the inhibitory effect of the constituents of the thymus vulgaris extract on the activity of α-glucosidase enzyme by molecular docking.MethodsIn this study, to investigate how the compounds are attached to the active site of the enzyme, mapping of chemical structure of the compounds, energy optimization, docking studies and final analysis were carried out by ChemDraw, HyperChem, AutoDock 4.2, DS Visualizer and Lig Pluto software, respectively.ResultsAll of the studied compounds were able to occupy the active site of the enzyme, among all of them, the best results of docking was related to the combination of Caryophlla-4- (12), 8 (13) -dien-5-β-ol. In fact, this compound has the most negative energy level of connection, the highest affinity for binding to the active site of the enzyme and the interaction site is similar to that of the co-crystal molecule.Conclusionconsidering the high efficacy of plant extract compounds in the bioinformatics study, and for complementary studies, the effect of the extract of this plant can be analyzed in order to control the increase of glucose in vitro and in vivo conditions.Keywords: Diabetes, Alpha-Glucosidase, Molecular Docking, Inhibitor, Thymus Vulgaris

Pages 29-40BackgroundThe aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 12 weeks of high intensity training on IL-
6, GLP-1 and lipid profiles in type 2 diabetic patientsMethods80 participants (40-50 years old) volunteered to participate in the study and divided into eight groups (four groups of severe periodic exercises and four uncontrolled control groups). Blood samples were collected and analyzed for measuring IL-6, GLP-1, lipid profile and glycemic index before and after weeks 4, 8 and after the training program.ResultsAfter 12 weeks of training, the effect of time and interaction between time × group on GLP-1 and IL-6 variables was statistically significant. Also, there was a significant difference between groups based on 12 weeks of training in these indices. Lipid profile was significantly improved in type 2 diabetic and glycemic control in obese and non-diabetic groups that had 12 weeks of high intensity interval training.ConclusionOverall, high intensity interval training, through changes in various mechanisms, lead to improvement in lipid and glycemic disorders, inflammation and appetite in obese people with type 2 diabetes. Hence, according to the findings of the study, researchers suggest that performing high intensity interval training can lead to significant improvements in obese subjects (with and without type 2 diabetes).Keywords: High Intensity Interval Training_Inflammatory Factors_Obesity_Type 2 Diabetes -
Pages 41-48BackgroundFibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF21) plays an important role in regulation of energy metabolism and insulin resistance; however, the synergistic effects of high intensity interval training (HIIT) on FGF21 and insulin resistance are not elucidated which was focused in this study.MethodsThis experimental research was conducted by pretest- posttest design with control group. In this study, 24 obese men were assigned into two groups including
HIIT (n=12, age: 39.83 ± 5.63 years, weight: 100.83 ± 5.81 kg and body mass index: 32.73 ± 2.8 kg/m2) and Control (n=12, age: 39.41 ± 5.23 years, weight: 100.08 ± 4.71 kg, and body mass index: 32.34 ± 1.43 kg/m2). The HIIT group experienced eight weeks of intensive exercises (three sessions per week, four bouts in each session at the intensity of 85-90% of maximum heart rate (MHR) with 3-minute active rest intervals (at 60-50% of MHR) between exercise bouts. Blood samples were collected at baseline and also 48 hours following to the last training session. The data were compared using paired and independent samples t tests.ResultsHIIT resulted in a contemporary reduction of plasma glucose and serum insulin and FGF21 and also improved HOMA index (P˂0/05).ConclusionHigh intensity interval training plays an effective role in improvement of insulin resistance and reduction of serum FGF21 in obese subjects, which may be due to an improved FGF21 resistance.Keywords: High Intensity Interval Training, Insulin Resistance, FGF-21, Obesity -
Pages 49-54BackgroundVitamin D plays an important role in the health, survival and fertility of humans, This Vitamin has a significant role in calcium homeostasis and cellular growth and facilitating normal immune system function. In recent years, the role of vitamin D in various diseases has been highlighted. Regarding high prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in Iran, The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence and status of vitamin D of Hamadan.MethodA cross-sectional descriptive study in a one-year period, 7816 patients were referred to the laboratories of Shahid Beheshti and Farshchian Sina Hospitals of Hamadan Were investigated. The data was analyzed using R-version 3.2.3 and at a significant level of 0.05. The modified effect of age and sex factors on vitamin D level was investigated using logistic regression model.ResultsThe prevalence of vitamin D deficiency was 0.69 in Hamadan province. 20.2% had severe deficiency (less than 10 Ng/ml) vitamin D, 20.5% moderate deficiency (10 to 20 Ng /ml), 28.6% mild deficiency (20 to30 Ng/ml), the prevalence of this deficiency was 46.7% in men and 38.7% in women. According to the results, there is a significant relationship between sex and age with vitamin D levels (p-value <0.001).ConclusionBased on this study and other studies, vitamin D deficiency is common in Iran and requires further investigation to improve the quality of life and prevent complications from deficiency of this essential vitamin.Keywords: Vitamin D, Deficiency, Prevalence
